The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Central Station and a minute to Thai Town. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome. The stylish room with a great shower, comfy bed, and complimentary snacks was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the free sparkling water and great breakfast with barista coffee. With clean facilities and a relaxing terrace, it enhanced our experience. Plus, being close to landmarks like Darling Harbour and the Royal Botanic Gardens made our trip nice!

I had an amazing stay! The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the main station, making it really easy to explore the city. The staff were cute and always had a smile, which made the atmosphere so much more pleasant. Plus, the room was spotless and had an impressively large TV to unwind after a day of adventures!
The only downside was the lack of drawer space in the room, so I was living out of my suitcase a bit. the open-plan bathroom setup wasn’t my favorite for privacy—just a frosted glass door separating the WC! these were minor issues in an otherwise fantastic experience.

The hotel was a great base for enjoying a busy area, not far from Thai Town, and the centre of Sydney. The rooms were new-fashioned and soundproof with comfy bed kept by the outstandingly accommodating staff. Having climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel TV was very convenient.

The amenities were excellent, especially the
Complimentary mini bar and the small steamer in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room we stayed in was quite cozy and could use a bit more space for luggage. A charming stay.

Loved the stylish design and the great location near Central Station. Only downside was the shower door design-water ended up all over the floor. Other than that.

Room lacked a door in the bathroom, drawers for clothes were missing, and the fixed shower amenities were awkward to use. Breakfast options fell short, with items not replenished even with 45 minutes left until service ended, including bread. Parking proved expensive, even with nearby public car park vouchers, and small room size could be challenging for those with more luggage during extended stays.
